At Right at Home, we are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Supervisor to join our team. As an essential member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting department, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, and providing technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial management, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our management team to establish work schedules and procedures, co-ordinate activities with other work units, and ensure the smooth operation of equipment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Train workers in duties and policies
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Ensure accuracy of financial transactions
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
