- Supervise a team of accounting staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain the integrity of our financial systems.
- Coordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of equipment.
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
Work Environment:
