Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of accounting staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain the integrity of our financial systems.
  • Coordinate and assign work to team members, ensuring that deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to ensure the smooth operation of equipment.
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
