Job Title: Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at KS Enterprise Inc.

Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, and providing technical guidance to team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train accounting staff, providing guidance on financial procedures and policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of accounting equipment, including computers, printers, and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of financial software, including MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Word.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
