About the Role
The First Nations Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Allied Health Clinical Practice to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of provincial allied health services in British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to allied health professionals and teams
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality allied health services
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address gaps in allied health services
- Provide expert advice and guidance on allied health issues
Requirements
- Master's degree in a health sciences discipline
- At least 8 years of experience in a clinical and operational management role
- Current practicing registration with an applicable regulatory body
- Experience working with Indigenous communities and leadership
