Director of Allied Health Clinical Practice

The First Nations Health Authority is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Allied Health Clinical Practice to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our allied health services in British Columbia.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and direction to our allied health services in British Columbia.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality and accessibility of allied health services.
- Collaborate with our provincial and regional partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality allied health services.
- Provide guidance and support to our allied health leaders and clinicians to ensure they have the necessary resources and expertise to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our First Nations communities and partners to ensure that our services meet their needs and priorities.
- Master's degree in a health sciences discipline, preferably allied health profession.
- At least eight years' recent, related clinical and operational management experience in a complex health care environment.
- Current practicing registration with an applicable regulatory body.
- Five to ten years of senior leadership experience with responsibilities for strategic programming in a management-level role.
- Experience working with Indigenous communities, leadership, or organizations is an asset.
