Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing fire deficiencies and recommendations generated from service inspections.
- Preparing quotes for building owners, contractors, and tender opportunities.
- Completing pre-qualification documents, reviewing drawings/specifications, and developing proposals.
- Conducting site visits and liaising with consultants, engineers, general contractors, and site supervisors.
- Coordinating the preparation of drawings, material lists, safety plans, and field installation with site crews.
- Coordination of design, material, labor, subcontractors, and change orders.
Requirements:
- Post-Secondary Diploma in Fire Protection Engineering or a related field of study.
- 3-5 years of experience in Fire Alarm inspection, testing, maintenance, and/or sales.
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
