At Chucks Roadhouse Bar and Grill, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Staff: Lead and motivate a team of food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient service delivery.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
