Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Ontario Inc.
About the JobThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing restaurant staff, training on duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. They will also coordinate food preparation and quality control, address customer complaints, and maintain records.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation and Portioning: The Restaurant Operations Manager will oversee the entire food preparation process, ensuring that all meals meet high standards of quality and presentation.
- Train Staff on Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: The successful candidate will provide comprehensive training to restaurant staff on all aspects of their job, including food safety and sanitation procedures.
- Hire Food Service Staff: As part of the hiring process, the Restaurant Operations Manager will work closely with management to select qualified candidates for food service positions.
- Maintain Quality Control Standards: The Restaurant Operations Manager will ensure that all food meets high standards of quality, freshness, and presentation.
- Address Customer Complaints or Concerns: The successful candidate will handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain Records: The Restaurant Operations Manager will keep accurate and detailed records of stock levels, repairs, sales, and wastage.
The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional development.
