- Manage and define complex integrations between Salesforce and other business systems
- Set coding standards and development best practices for Salesforce projects
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce platform performance
- Ensure the platform meets security, compliance, and data governance requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in IT Architecture
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Salesforce Architecture
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect with a strong understanding of best practices
- Strong understanding of all key Salesforce products
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
- Experience with integration tools and iPaaS systems
