Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, monitor and manage large operations and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate and manage annual cost-optimization initiatives to achieve targets and realize business benefits.
  • Oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and operations.
  • Develop, implement and support governance practices ensuring effective business and operations management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in portfolio/program/project management or IT business management.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
