  • Plan, monitor, and manage large operations and transformation projects, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, risk mitigation, and reporting of financial performance.
  • Evaluate and prioritize projects based on value, risk, and resource availability, aligning with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and operations, developing and implementing risk management strategies to minimize impact on business operations.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Plan and oversee the IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.

- Define, track, and report business and/or operations key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of IT initiatives.

- Develop, implement, and support TOS governance practices ensuring effectiveness in business and operations management, as well as alignment with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements.
