We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to join our team. As a key member of our Robotic Process Automation team, you will be responsible for leading, supporting, and executing projects and initiatives to drive business process automation and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain RPA processes to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture requirements and streamline processes.
- Partner with Technology Teams on production support and maintenance of existing automated solutions.
- Mentor junior staff and provide support and assistance to members of the RPA team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proficiency in Blue Prism, SQL, and Python programming languages.
- At least 3 years of experience in RPA development with Blue Prism.
- 1-2 years of experience with Python programming language.
- Experience with API integration with Blue Prism.
- Good knowledge of SQL server.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or related field.
Nice to Have
The following skills are beneficial but not required:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Understanding of SAP, Service Now, and Workday systems.
- Understanding of Blue Prism upgrades to version 7 or later.
- Programming skills in C#, VB.NET.
- Blue Prism Associate Developer Certification, Developer Certification, or Certified Solution Designer certification.
