Vancouver Coastal Health is looking to add an experienced Executive Support Specialist to its Quality & Patient Safety Team. This role provides an exceptional opportunity for administrative professionals who are eager to take their skills to the next level and contribute to a dynamic team.

SalaryThe estimated salary range for this position is $69,568 - $87,151 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Salary information can be found on the BC Government's compensation and benefits webpage.
Job DescriptionThis role involves providing confidential and professional support to designated senior leaders within our organization. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating meetings, appointments, and events
- Managing calendars and scheduling
- Preparing and distributing meeting materials
- Developing and implementing efficient administrative processes
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as experience working in a fast-paced environment. You will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
