Call Centre Team Lead

Amani Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Agent Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5-10 customer service representatives and ensuring the smooth operation of our call centre.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members to ensure the team is adequately staffed and equipped to handle customer inquiries.
- Coordinate and assign work to team members to ensure efficient use of resources and effective customer service delivery.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
