Customer Service Team Lead

Amani Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Call Centre Agent Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular performance reviews to assess team members' skills and provide feedback for improvement.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Coordinate and assign work to team members to ensure efficient use of resources and meet business objectives.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a customer service or supervisory role is an asset.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- 5-10 team members.
- Permanent work term.
- English language required.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
