Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Centre Agent Supervisor to join our team at Amani Ventures. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, ensuring excellent customer experience, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 5-10 customer service representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service delivery.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance team performance.
- Recruit, train, and develop new team members to ensure a high-performing team.
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, ensuring business continuity and customer service delivery.
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure efficient and effective team performance.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- English language proficiency.
This is a permanent, full-time position, working 35-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be based in our office and will be required to work in a team environment.
