Job Summary
The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and planning production activities, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan production activities, including project management and resource allocation.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including project timelines and customer information.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Participate in business development activities, including identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with clients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bilingualism (French and English).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
