About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Neka as a Production Clerk. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and the timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our order fulfillment process.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the flow of supplies, working closely with our logistics team to ensure timely delivery and minimal disruptions.
  • Purchase Order Preparation: Prepare and submit purchase orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Packing and Shipping: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, adhering to quality and safety standards.
  • Independence and Autonomy: Work with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
  • Physical Demands: Handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and perform manual tasks with ease and efficiency.
  • Manual Dexterity: Demonstrate manual dexterity and fine motor skills, handling various materials and equipment with precision.
  • Independence and Autonomy: Work independently, making decisions and taking ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
