Production Coordination Specialist

Position Overview
We are seeking a PRODUCTION COORDINATOR to enhance our operations.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, your role will involve assisting in the organization and planning of work and sales activities, ensuring high-quality support for both internal teams and external clients. You will play a crucial role in facilitating communication across departments and managing customer service interactions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Highly organized individual capable of streamlining communication between various departments and external clients;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable engaging with clients through various channels;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and possess strong computer skills;
- A motivated and proactive learner who excels in a fast-paced environment.
Coordination and Management Duties:
- Serve as the primary contact for client projects;
- Oversee the complete sales cycle including purchasing, receiving, shipping, and invoicing;
- Allocate resources effectively to meet client demands;
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors for installations and maintenance;
- Monitor proposals and agreements for follow-up;
- Create and manage work orders for repairs, tracking progress diligently;
- Ensure timely acquisition of necessary components for installations and repairs;
- Prepare comprehensive documentation for work and client reporting;
- Manage the availability and calibration of warehouse equipment;
- Contribute to operational enhancements;
- Promote our range of products and services;
- Occasionally support colleagues as needed.

Candidate Profile:
- Completed DES;
- 3-5 years of relevant experience;
- Strong proficiency in Office tools;
- Bilingual (French and English) preferred;
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to continuous improvement;
- Able to multitask and prioritize effectively;
- Demonstrates leadership capabilities;
- Adaptable and flexible in approach;
- Strong customer service and teamwork skills;
- Diplomatic, tactful, and personable;
- Self-sufficient and well-organized;
- Integrity and dedication to the role;
- Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
Work Schedule:
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am to 4:30pm.
