About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Neka as a Production Clerk. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of supplies and the timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Management: Compile and process orders received from customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our order fulfillment process.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate the movement of supplies and materials within our warehouse, ensuring that inventory is properly managed and that orders are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Purchase Order Preparation: Prepare and process purchase orders, working closely with our procurement team to ensure that all necessary materials and supplies are obtained.
  • Packing and Shipping: Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers, ensuring that all items are properly secured and ready for shipment.
  • Independence and Autonomy: Work with minimal supervision, taking initiative to resolve issues and make decisions as needed.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail, ensuring that all orders and tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Physical Demands: Handle heavy loads, up to 23 kg (50 lbs), and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Manual Dexterity: Possess manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as you will be performing tasks that require manual dexterity.
  • Independence and Autonomy: Work independently, taking initiative to resolve issues and make decisions as needed.
