Job Title: Senior Executive Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Leader to join our team at Great River Financial Services Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing our organization's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with our mission and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and success
  • Lead and manage a team of 11-15 people, providing guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members, ensuring they meet their goals and objectives
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls, ensuring the organization's financial stability and integrity

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
