About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Maurya's Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Development
    • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
  • Financial Management
    • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Event Management
    • Manage events and functions to ensure seamless execution and high customer satisfaction.
  • Operational Management
    • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 35 to 40 hours per week.
