About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management
    • Evaluate daily restaurant operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
    • Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Staff Supervision
    • Supervise and train staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
    • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching to improve performance.
  • Cost Control
    • Monitor and control costs, including labor costs, food costs, and overheads, to ensure the restaurant is operating within budget.
    • Identify opportunities to reduce costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Health and Safety
    • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, including food safety and hygiene standards.
    • Monitor and report any health and safety incidents or near misses.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to increase sales and revenue, including developing and implementing marketing campaigns and promotions.
    • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
