Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites High Level. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, and clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items.
  • Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
  • Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Support Services: Assist with laundry, mend clothing and linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Work Setting: Hotel, motel, resort.
