Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Days Inn. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture.
  • Make beds and change sheets, and restock linens and toiletries as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in housekeeping and customer service.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy cleaning equipment and supplies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
