We are seeking an experienced Accounting Supervisor to join our team at Trilogy-Net Inc.
Job SummaryThe Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions, and providing technical advice to team members.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Transactions: Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Team Management: Supervise and train accounting staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of accounting equipment, including software and hardware.
- Productivity and Quality: Identify opportunities to improve productivity and product quality, implementing measures to achieve these goals.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to inform business decisions, providing recommendations to management.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Quick Books.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and strong communication skills.
