Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Respond to employee questions and complaints
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
