About the Role

1950032 AB Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring timely and efficient communication with stakeholders.
  • Communication and Reception: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Document Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Information Systems: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to relevant documents.
  • Correspondence and Reporting: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: MS Office, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work Conditions: 35 hours per week, permanent position.
  • Language: English.
