Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our culinary team in the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of food costs, consumption, sales, and inventory.

  • Supervise and train cooks, specialist chefs, and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Plan and execute menus, ensuring quality standards are met and exceeded.

  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes, staying up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques.
  • Ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers to source high-quality ingredients.
  • Participate in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen operations to ensure consistency and excellence.
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to work in a physically demanding kitchen environment.
