Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee the entire operation of our construction sites. The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of ensuring site safety, managing project timelines, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the entire operation of the construction site, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment
  • Determine and address risk areas to maintain worker safety
  • Communicate project milestones with clients and other parties, establishing a timeline for completion
  • Prepare schedules, work progress reports, and other documentation as required
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
  • Coordinate trades and materials scheduling with the Project Manager
  • Monitor progress on site, maintaining constant contact with the Project Manager to ensure the schedule remains on track
  • Track and resolve deficiencies in a timely manner, which may require performing handyman services to ensure minor repairs and deficiencies are resolved

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor on a restaurant, retail, commercial, and industrial new building construction and site development
  • Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures, and complying with legal regulations
  • Prepares schedules, work progress, production, and other reports
  • Conducts regular inspections and maintenance of systems and equipment
  • Coordinates trades and materials scheduling with the Project Manager
  • Monitors progress on site, maintaining constant contact with the Project Manager to keep the schedule on track
  • Tracks and resolves deficiencies in a timely manner, which may require performing handyman services to ensure minor repairs and deficiencies are resolved
