Sales General Manager

At Ontario Corporation, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales General Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales plans to achieve business objectives, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and developing sales materials.
- Manage Sales Teams: Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets, provide coaching and training, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Build Customer Relationships: Foster strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Manage Budgets: Oversee sales budgets, including forecasting, planning, and controlling expenses.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced sales environment with tight deadlines.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a office environment with frequent travel to customer sites.
- Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
