Pizza Hut Food Service Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served to our high standards.
  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to our customers.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our customers' needs.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maintain our high standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing accurate and timely information to support our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to support our business growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding work.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
Language:

English is the primary language of communication in this role.

Work Hours:

30 hours per week.
