  • Hire and Manage Staff: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring that we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional service.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that we provide a positive experience for all customers.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing a clear picture of our food service operations and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession.
  • Supervision: 3-4 people.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling, and physically demanding.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, and team player.
