Shift Manager

Vina Restaurants LTD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members
- Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly
- Train and develop staff members to improve their skills and knowledge
- Monitor and control inventory, including food and supplies
- Manage cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff members
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
- Monitor revenues and determine labor costs
- Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget
- Evaluate daily operations and make recommendations for improvement
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Dependability and reliability
- Ability to work a 40-hour week
Vina Restaurants LTD. is a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a Shift Manager, you will be working in a restaurant setting, interacting with customers and staff members, and managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
