Restaurant Shift Manager

Vina Restaurants LTD. is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to maintain efficient operations
- Monitor and control labor costs, ensuring that staffing levels are optimized to meet customer demand
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to improve performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, liquor legislation, and company policies
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry
- College/CEGEP education or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
