Shift Manager

Vina Restaurants LTD. is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Management: Train and supervise staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
- Operations: Ensure that all aspects of restaurant operations are running smoothly, including inventory management, cash handling, and scheduling.
- Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure that staff are meeting their goals and objectives.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Work Setting: Urban area.
- Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player, dependability, accuracy, excellent written communication, reliability, and organized.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
- Supervision: 5-10 people.
