Shift Manager

Vina Restaurants LTD. is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our staff are well-trained and motivated.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Management: Train and supervise staff to ensure they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
- Operations: Enforce provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain inventory.
- Financial Management: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
- Leadership: Provide customer service, negotiate arrangements with suppliers, and lead/instruct individuals.
- Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
- Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Our restaurant is located in an urban area, and the work environment is fast-paced with tight deadlines. You must be able to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.

- Interpersonal Skills: Efficiently communicate with staff and customers, and have excellent written communication skills.
- Team Player: Work collaboratively with staff to achieve our goals and objectives.
