Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Everest Liquor Discounter Redcliff Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash handling procedures
- Establish work schedules and maintain a productive work environment
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
