Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist dentists with clinical procedures, including preparing patients for treatment, sterilizing instruments, and maintaining a clean and organized treatment area.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and communicating with patients and staff.
  • Develop strong relationships with patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the dental team to achieve excellent patient outcomes and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Dental Assistant, preferably with the National Dental Assistant Examining Board (NDAEB).
  • Previous experience as a Dental Assistant, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, dentists, and other staff members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
