Dental Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Financial Analyst to join our team at Maple Dental Centre. As a key member of our financial team, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
Responsibilities- Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Utilize accounting software, including QuickBooks, to manage financial transactions and prepare financial statements.
- Conduct financial audits to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with accounting regulations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including preparation of AR aging reports and monitoring of payment issues.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, including analysis of financial data and preparation of financial reports.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial performance and identify areas for process improvement.
- Degree in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst (1+ years).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
