Job Title: Dental Sterilization Flow Coordinator

We are seeking a part-time Dental Sterilization Assistant/Patient Greeter and Office Flow Assistant to join our team at Maple Dental Centre.

Responsibilities:
  • Confirm appointments for the next week and ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Prepare and sterilize instruments, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist dentists and hygienists by cleaning rooms between patients and setting up instrument trays.
  • Greet patients, manage patient comfort, and provide exceptional customer care.
  • Support the office team by performing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
Benefits:
