Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Sprout Health Market. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for leading daily store operations, managing staff, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Manage and develop a team of retail staff, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement.
  • Conduct market research and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize store operations.
  • Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
