Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at Cherry Creek Property Services Ltd. This is a permanent opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our management team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

You will also be required to maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and perform data entry tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as needed
  • Perform data entry tasks and manage databases
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and ensure timely arrival and departure of team members
  • Analyze and resolve administrative issues in a timely manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1-6 months of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position working 35 hours per week with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
