About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at SAMRAT INDIAN CUISINE. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to ensure a diverse and exciting dining experience for our customers.
    • Plan and execute menu items, including preparation, cooking, and presentation.
  • Team Leadership
    • Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet customer demand.
    • Requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
    • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Environment
    • Wet/damp.
