About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Manager. As a key member of our infrastructure development team, you will be responsible for leading and managing civil engineering projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered as planned.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and construction teams, to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and coordinate with external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory bodies, to ensure projects are delivered to the required standards.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop and implement contingency plans as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on project management.
  • Registration in good standing as a P.Eng. or P.L.Eng. in British Columbia, or eligibility to be registered.
  • Strong business development and client liaison skills, with a proven track record of delivering projects to clients.
  • High productivity, attention to detail, and an ability to work well as a team player.
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Civil3D is considered an asset, as well as municipal infrastructure modeling software.
