About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finishing Supervisor to lead our team of skilled workers. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a strong background in concrete finishing and supervisory experience.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing production reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement;
  • Supervising and coordinating activities to ensure timely completion of projects;
  • Requisitioning materials and equipment as needed;
  • Training or arranging training for employees to develop their skills;
  • Recruiting and mentoring newcomers and refugees to support social and labour market integration;
  • Supporting Indigenous people through mentorship programs, coaching, and networking opportunities;
  • Providing diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for all employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Work Environment
