Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced autobody technician to join our team as a Collaborative Body Repair Specialist. This role will be responsible for performing complex body repairs, working closely with our team to ensure seamless execution, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced body repairs, including front-end component replacement, metal cutting, and welding
- Instruct apprentices and provide guidance to junior technicians
- Assist in the development and implementation of new repair techniques and processes
- Participate in continuous training and education to stay up-to-date with industry advancements
- Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure efficient project delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in autobody repair
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality repairs and excellent customer service
- Strong knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, and equipment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Salary Range:
$45,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience
