About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative assistance to our stakeholders and support our business units in various ways. As a key member of the business unit, this role will lead, participate in, or oversee projects and administrative functions for senior executive members as they relate to the organization's strategic priorities and business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to senior executive members, including preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Manage and coordinate projects and administrative functions, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners and vendors.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree or certificate in Business Administration or Office Administration.
  • 3-5 years of experience in senior management administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on detail orientation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional demeanor and ability to work across the organization.
  • Strong writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
  • Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to assess, evaluate, and identify what outcome should occur.
  • Professional manner, good presence, and a sense of discretion, diplomacy, and tact when handling sensitive situations/information.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
