Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Saisethsons Realty Inc o/a Tim Hortons. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including cooks, servers, and kitchen helpers.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
