Succeeding in business is about more than selling great products. If you want to make a real impact, you have to provide something special to the community, and make accountability and integrity your number one priority.
We're a privately owned heavy equipment machine business consisting of eleven branches that operate throughout every region of British Columbia and the Yukon. We are the Volvo distributor for British Columbia and the Yukon, and our product line also includes, Metso crushing and screening equipment, Timberpro feller bunchers, Sennebogen material handlers, and Madill forestry products.
The driving force behind our organization is the sincere commitment to our people, their focus on exceeding customers' expectations and the values that we live by every day:

We're looking to add a new member to our growing team: someone who is organized, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and thrives on continuous learning.
A Territory Manager, Crushing and Screening position entails providing information about the products and services of the company to customers to increase sales and to develop or maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.

We're a growing business in an exciting industry, and we're a family. This is a full-time, permanent position. We offer a competitive compensation package of $70,000 annual base, plus commission, and an annual $12,000 vehicle allowance.
You will also enjoy full health and dental, plus a company-sponsored RRSP plan. We encourage our Territory Managers to treat their day-to-day as if they were operating their own business.
Whether that is scheduling their time, establishing their market opportunities, supporting existing customers, or identifying and building relationships with new customers.
At Great West Equipment, our biggest strength is our people, and we give our people the resources and the freedom to grow their business.
You're going to have an amazing feeling of fulfillment when your efforts drive us to become each customer's first choice for equipment, parts, and service.
Success looks like:
- A 'Service First' Mentality. It's our company slogan and you are driven to support customers with exceptional solutions.
- Knowledge and Experience. You will come to us with 3-5 years sales experience or aggregate industry experience.
- Being a Relationship Builder. You're going to get to know your customers, their equipment, and their business.
- Your Entrepreneurial Spirit. You will develop a strong understanding of our equipment lineup and become familiar with your customer's needs.
- Ambassadorship. You're going to represent our company, leading by example and personifying our corporate values.
- Tech Savvy. You will be comfortable with learning new software and you'll also have the ability to communicate with technicians and customers regarding equipment.
- Head for Figures. You will account for all costs when quoting a deal so as to leave no after-sales expenses.
